Imalya is a push your luck dice game for 2-4 players.
Each player takes on the role of one of 3 rival Factions participating in the fight against the Black Queen E’Dyrha: Assassins, Thieves and the Resistance. The players roll the dice and try to make combinations in order to be the first to reach 100 points.
Players start with 8 coins (called Tales). In turn, a player rolls the 6 (or 7) dice. They can decide to re-roll all or part of the dice as many times as they want, following the rules. When the player has decided to stop rolling the dice (or cannot anymore), they pay the Tribute for that turn: each E’Dyrha die in Prison and each Faction at the Lair other than the player's Faction cost 1 Tale. A player who cannot pay the Tribute is eliminated but keeps their score.
The player then proceeds to scoring his turn, calculating the number of the player's Faction dice multiplied by the total number of Faction dice in the Lair.
The games comes with 2 variants:
The Cursed One: 1 more die is added to the roll, with new special effects on 3 of its sides.
The Spells: players use a deck of 40 cards to spice up the game by getting new temporary abilities.
