Includes: 8 Sun Ship tokens.
Preparation: Shuffle all the Sun Ship tokens and place them in a face-down draw pile near the ships.
Game play:
At the start of each round, shuffle all the Sun Ship tokens and place them in a face-down draw pile near the ships.
At the end of a round:
Set aside the 4 Sun Ship tokens used this round. At the end of rounds 2 and 4, shuffle all 8 of the Sun Ship tokens together to create a new draw pile.
Activation of the Sun Ship tokens: Whenever a player places a stone on a Sun Ship token, they may immediately take the associated action for that Sun Ship token (but they don’t have to). The placed stone remains on this space in either case.
Note: If playing with the mini expansion “The Pharaoh’s Favors”, using the special action to change the order of stones on a ship will never trigger a Sun Ship action. However, placing stones on ships using the other special actions may trigger them.
