Immortal Tales is a collection of sci-fi short stories from the sharp pen of writer/artist Steve Ditko (with a little help from his fellow comics industry legend and "Spider-Man" co-creator Stan Lee). The stories are thematically linked in that they all deal with the topic of immortality.
In addition to the great comics, the book includes sets of roleplaying game rules that were inspired by them. Although designed with the d20 System in mind, most the rule material is easily adapted to a variety of game systems. (The rules were designed by Steve Miller, known for his contributions to classic game-settings such as Dragonlance and Ravenloft.)
