"This role-play exercise simulates the courtroom drama of trial by jury. The case is one of a manslaughter charge against an allegedly drunken driver on the way home with his wife from a 'night on the town' -- the victim a star high school athlete. The defendant, his wife, the lawyers, policemen, and various other witnesses appear before the court as the jury deliberates the case."
