Barry Waters was not your typical victim of an intruder killer. Firstly, he was male. Secondly, he was a professional cage fighter. Thirdly he lived on the sixth floor of a set of residential flats within a gated community. There is a madman or woman lose in the city in which they live. A true predator. Can the investigators find the culprit before they too are caught in the web?
A system agnostic, modern day 'narrative first' scenario and would be ideal for a one-shot, or short series of games, with tips and advice for running in Call of Cthulhu, Trail of Cthulhu, Cthluhu Dark, and Delta Green.
