Invasion Normandy simulates the campaign fought in northern France from June 6, 1944 through the Allied breakout. A 2-4 player game that can be played solo if desired.
The game is played on a hex-grid map with players taking turns activating units to move and fight in various ways. Rules covering variable reinforcements, bombing missions, offshore bombardment and defensive positions are standard. Option rules cover terrain, hidden mines, and special units.
