User Summary:
Iron Cross is a real time strategy / turn-based hybrid wargame placed in WW2. You create a character, and then play one of 12 pre-made scenarios from either the Axis or Allied side. Success is rewarded with promotions and failures lead to demotions, both which impact your ability to command units.
Graphics are very basic, with top-down 2d svga sprites. The game includes historical commentary on all of the game's scenarios. A scenario editor is also included, allowing for many user created scenarios and is really a strength of the game.
