IR 4 begins with an essay about my take on WWII RPGs, a Car Wars experience, and some comments on a very sweet feat from Dragon 304. The second page of the zine features an archer built around my current fave feat: Dead Eye. Her name is Kira and she has it out for Gibberlings! There's also a plug for a zine by James West. Short but sweet.
