An evil Faye, known as a Redcap, has inhabited a manor in the neighborhood called “Bedford Place” by locals. The ruined and abandoned manor is often used by children as a hangout, and by homeless as shelter on cold and stormy nights. The Redcap’s occupancy of Bedford Place is a strange story, and it all started with an unfortunate and accidental death.

The Redcap’s existence is a threat to the entire neighborhood, and it’s up to the PCs to learn what’s happening and stop it. The gods know the Griffins don’t have the time or desire to deal with it.
