This is a mature/adult game. The game states it is for adult men. During the game, players will perform sexual acts on the other players.
At the beginning of the game each player chooses their winning condition from the following list:

This choice is kept secret from the other players.
Players roll dice to move around the board and follow the instructions on the location where their pawn ends their movement.
Players can get "Penalty Cards" which force them to give "affection" to the other players.
As players move around the board, they are collect puzzle pieces. Players attempt to complete two complete images, each of a naked man.
Completing the two puzzles allows players to move to the inside track on the board where they can collect "Hole Cards."
The winner is the first person to get a "Hole Card" that matches the combination he has chosen at the beginning of the game.
