Alcohol is one of man’s oldest technologies. Not simply an elixir to alleviate boredom, alcohol has multiple uses. Alcohol can be used as a fire starter, as a weapon in the form of molotov cocktails, as an antiseptic for wounds or to sterilize medical instruments. In certain cases it can be used as lamp fuel, stove fuel or even fuel in vehicles. Common alcohol does not always require large distilleries and heat sources to create. If time is not an issue, alcohol can ferment over the course of weeks and future supplies can be mixed and left alone until they are ready to consume. Below are two of the most common ways to craft alcohol.
