Karl is a young literate from the Etrave district. He had a good idea. With some friends, Johann, Franz, Bernhart, Filip, Sztefann and Barnard (these last two are loritans), they have had the idea to talk about what is happening in Wastburg, to write or draw it, and then print it on paper and sold for a good price.
The first issues would be free.
The objective of the bilingual paper, title "Karly", a loritanisation of Karl, would be to denounce the abuse from the powerful and the untouchable, as well as the city ambient racism, all on a tone of comedy and humour. Nothing will be sacred.
