Board game based on the 1959 / 1960 U.S. TV Detective series.
From the instructions:
Johnny Staccato, a piano player at Waldo's Club is also a private eye with 6 special cases on his books which involve :-
Murder / Arson / Blackmail / False Pretences / Burglary / Hit and Run Road Accident.
He enlists the aid of his friends, each choosing a case to solve. A friendly rivalry exists between them as they each endeavour to collect a set of clues that will solve a case.
OBJECT OF THE GAME:
The object of the game is to be the first to collect a complete set of 8 cards of one particular series which will show the complete crime from start to finish. The first player to do so is the winner.
