User summary:
Characters in the game have a single variable Attribute called Stillness. Stillness may be spent during play to increase a dice pool, but when Stillness is too low fewer dice remain in the pool. Character construction and other major aspects of the setting are determined randomly by card draw.
Note that the numerous custom cards required for play are not provided in the game but must be created prior to play. This would require substantive effort though the cards could be reused.
