User Summary

Kamui is a vertical scrolling shoot-em-up that is reminiscent of Taito's Ray series. Like the Ray series, there is a background and a foreground, and the player must use a different type of attack to hit a target in the foreground than in the background. Unlike most games of this genre, it takes multiple hits for the player to die; each makes the player's ship's main weapon weaker.
