Kathanaksaya

User summary:

Kathanaksaya is a story-based role-playing game with very lightweight mechanics. Players gain Story Points which are earned during narration and can be spent in bids to control narrative outcomes whenever there is a potential disagreement over the way the narrative should transpire. Characters without remaining story points suffer the whims of narrative development. Characters generally take turns being the narrative focus while a single player assumes the duties of controlling the world and over-arching narrative.

Note the author's name is listed in the rules as "Green" (which otherwise might prove a little confusing).
