A little over twelve years ago, a handful of disillusioned GEnS (genetically-enhanced subjects) formed a criminal alliance known as the Coalition. Initially, this group proclaimed itself dedicated to overthrowing autocratic regimes and eradicating the growing influence of mega-corporations. It didn’t take long, however, for their true focus to become apparent: making massive amounts of money, punishing their enemies, and getting revenge for any perceived wrongs or insults. Whatever their mission statement, the Coalition proved itself effective and dangerous enough to make the wanted lists of several global law enforcement agencies and super-powered groups. The Coalition engaged in a relatively brief but eventful career that (for now) ended in defeat at the hands of Strikeforce One with the aid of a dozen EaGLE Division (Espionage and Governmental Law Enforcement) agents. Three of the Coalition members died, eight went to prison (although several of them have escaped on more than one occasion), and one vanished and remains at large.
