As the PCs are wandering about their usual business the mayor of Scallborough comes to them for help (probably in a pub). If anyone asks him how he found them he just says they're famous for getting rid of ultra-powerful monsters. They also hear rumors about a hungry red dragon in the area who's a picky eater into seafood.
