Not every creature you meet in the wasteland is out for blood, you’re just as likely to meet some cool friends
who are at worst out for bud. These party animals are scattered about, probably rifling through dumpsters for
pizza crust or burning down the old buildings of human government just to see what color the flames turn.

While these hip freaks tend to wander alone or just hang out with whoever is at the party til they pass out, they might follow you around for a bit if you give them a good reason. If you’re nice they’ll even do you a favor or look for special items on your behalf.
