This book presents the old World of Darkness rules for mortal characters, with a focus on making characters who are relatives of werewolves, including the ability to take minor werewolf gifts.
Also contains rules for creating characters for other OWoD games that happen to be kinfolk in addition to being mages/vampires/mummies/etc.
