The Steel Armored Qilin (钢甲麒麟) is a promotional monster that can be used to play King of Tokyo, King of Tokyo Dark Edition, and King of New York. It comes with a plastic base and a wickedness counter. It does not include evolution cards.
It's a Chinese exclusive monster, first distributed with Space Penguin and Dark Cyber Kitty for the pre-order of King of Tokyo Dark Edition. It's published by the official publisher of King of Tokyo and therefore has been printed with spot UV.
WARNING: there are cheap pirate copies of this monster, which don't have spot UV. All monsters from the official King of Tokyo Dark Edition come with spot UV.
