Nemetor, a defeated dark warlock that has been believed dead is raising an army of the undead. The western kingdoms are in danger! Their only hope is the "Sturmklinge", a powerful sword that has been kept in the stronghold of the "Fishers" since the last war. The Fishers are a group of scholars that collect knowledge and secrets to safeguard them in their fortress. The "Council of the Nine" is getting together to decide who shall take the "Sturmklinge" into the battle against Nemetor. But at night a body is found, and one of the Fishers has disappeared. Have Nemetor's henchmen already reached the Fishers' stronghold? Do the want to stop the Council? Or is there a traitor among the Council members? This is what the players have to find out.
In "Die Legende der Sturmklinge" there are 8 obligatory roles (can't be played with less than 8): 4 male, 4 female. One optional role, the scholar and host (a Fisher), can be either male or female. The roles include typical fantasy characters: an elf, a barbarian, a merchant, a knight, a priestess, a mage, an amazon and a dwarf.
