L'Empereur is a strategy game published and developed by Koei. In the game, you can play from several different start dates as Napoleon Bonaparte. You manage your district, raise your armies, and lead them into battle. In the early scenarios, your goal is to get Napoleon to such a level of acclaim that he can become the Emperor of France. In the later scenarios, you are already Emperor and you must endeavor to crush all opposition and unite Europe under French hegemony.
