La'Vindinya is a city populated by seasonal eladrin who have left the Feywilds, and its outlook reflects that. The town changes with each season that comes, giving you an entirely different experience with every one. Notably, it does not reflect seasons that the country is currently facing but the opposite; when it is winter, you will be treated with the warmth and golden hues of summer and when it is autumn, you will be greeted with the bright colours and blooming flowers of spring.
These fit perfectly in a campaign setting as a nice point for your players to hang out and have a few adventures; you can even file off the serial numbers and add this to a town in your book/map that doesn't have enough 'juice' to it to give it a little life. Downtime, shopping, and mini-quests are all possible with this handbook, without you having to come up with anything on the fly - which makes it perfect for DMs who are just starting or have trouble freezing up during the improv sections of D&D.
