There is only one part of the Kingdom of Blackmoor that never freezes solid in Winter: the Great dismal Swamp, known for having so many hot springs that they make its climate milder. These springs let out sulphurous water, that stinks quite bad, but many adventurers prefer it to freezing. For this reason, you are travelling to South Pim, the second biggest settlement of the Great Dismal Swamp after Lake Gloomy, a place known as a good starting point for adventurers.

C'è solo una parte del Regno di Blackmoor che non gela mai in inverno: la Grande Palude Tetra, nota per avere così tante sorgenti di acqua termale da rendere il clima più mite. Da queste sorgenti sgorga acqua sulfurea, che puzza parecchio, ma molti avventurieri la preferiscono al congelamento. Per questo motivo, state viaggiando verso South Pim. il secondo più grande insediamento della Grande Palude Tetra dopo Lake Gloomy, un luogo noto come un buon di partenza per gli avventureieri.
