The 13th Age core book contains the lovely sentence, "if you really want [an epic tier linguist feat], you know what you want for it better than we do." This is my wholly self-indulgent attempt to bring some linguistic nerdery into the world of Eberron, here to give Eberron all the hushed conversations in foreign languages and the frantic attempts to translate ancient inscriptions of the genres on which the setting draws. This supplement details rules for handling dialects and translation with a host of mortal and immortal languages, and provides new rules for starting languages with this flowering of tongues.
