Your challenge in Last One Laughing: Das Spiel is clear from the game title: Be the last one to laugh. More specifically, be the last one to laugh twice since the second laugh eliminates you from play.
Once the round starts, if you get someone else to laugh, whether by using the suggestions on the 170 included cards or by doing anything else, you can hit the buzzer and win a point for their lack of restraint.
Whoever remains in the game the longest or who scores the most points wins.
