This is a variant of the Mistigri (Lanterloo) game,
you have to discard your cards faster than your opponents by placing the pairs of same card in front of you.
But in this variant, have 6 different actions on a wheel that you have to randomly turn at the beginning of your turn. The action is mandatory and can be: take a card from one of your opponent, give a card, change your whole hand, etc...
