A recent appearance across the planes, a new race of people has begun to emerge: fey-blooded humanoids similar in appearance to tieflings but with skin tones that are green or brown with wooden horns that have a texture reminiscent of tree bark. If they have a proper name, it is a mystery to even them; however, due to their strong resemblance to their demon-blooded cousins, they have come to be known as “leaflings”.
Leaflings provides a new nature-based race for your characters to choose. In a similar way to tieflings and aasimar having demonic and celestial lineages respectively, leaflings have a fey lineage, providing them a connection to nature and through it, innate druidic magic.
You'll find rules for the base race, as well as four subraces (bloom, pollen, poison and thorn), three new spells and a leafling-specific feat.
