Every year, Spect Town holds a festival of lights in honor of the appearance of the dimension-hopping city of light, Lumoscity. However, this year, when Lumoscity doesn't appear, the player characters are sent to investigate, and find themselves caught up in an elaborate situation where their choices could change the world forever.
This adventure is intended for Tier 2 characters, but could easily be scaled up or down accordingly.
