The Left Coast: Summary of Rules is an extraction of the full 2011 rule set with only the basic character creation, NPC creation, resolution system, and scene script included. It could be used by an experienced group of players as a reference but is insufficient to be used as a stand-alone introduction to the game. A group with a GM familiar with the rules could utilize the Summary of Rules as a reference for players.
