User summary:

This card set was offered as a "D&D Rewards" for participation above a certain level in the LGR - Legacy of the Green Regent. The set of ten cards was mailed to recipients but never made generally available. Cards could be "played", as noted on the card itself, to gain some advantage in the organized play program.
