From the introduction:

In 1903, Briton William James II led an expedition to Syria to excavate the mound of Tell Sabir Khirbet. He was inspired by Heinrich Schliemann's excavations of Troy in the 1870s, where Schliemann found 3,500 year old golden cats, and proved that a historic core was behind the myth. William James III dug four meters down and then uncovered layers of a ruined city.

After months of excavations the expedition reached found a truly ancient layer of ruis. That night, miners disappeared from the camp, and subsequently William James III never announced his findings. But his unpublished, secret notes have been passed down in his family. The tell of the founding of the royal family Mokai of Khorajah in the ninth century after the downfall of Atlantis.
