Description
A division to army level game having a map from Pskov up to Leningrad (but not Finland or Finns) and east over to strategic Tichvin. 20mis/32kms per hex, 11 10-day turns. Terrain is simplified: it was all bad up there, off the roads. :)
Game system uses Disruption and Entrenchable (flip-side) infantry/rifle units, to simulate momentum of advance and/or positional inertia.
Includes special rules for the Red Banner Baltic Fleet and Marines, railway guns, Red Air Force 7th Fighter (interceptor) Aviation Korps, optional reinforcements (historically used), etc.
