Let's Goals! is a family weighted card game for 1-6 players, ages 10+, with each round lasting between 5-10 minutes. The game consists of 2 main components, Goal cards and Icon cards. Each round of the game consists of 4 turns and on each turn, players discard a Goal card. It is as simple as that.
Players attempt to score the most points using their Goal cards in the most effective way. Each player begins with 6 Goal cards in hand and throughout the game, must discard down to 2.
The Goal cards have discard abilities that may be used to affect the Icon cards in front of players. When a Goal card is discarded, the player may choose to activate the accompanying ability, but only twice in a round.
Icon cards are laid out in front of each player (7 for a 1-4 player game, and 5 for 5-6 players.) These cards are not allowed to be rearranged unless discard abilities are used. The final layout/composition of the Icon cards determines whether players are or aren't successful with the final 2 goals left in their hand.
At the end of each round, players add their cumulative scores across their 4 discarded Goal cards and their final 2 Goal cards to see who won the round. There are varied ways a game can be scored to determine an ultimate winner.
