This contains Russle's Letters and Numbers card game with a set of 4 lotto cards with 2x5 pictures based on the cards. My copy has no instructions, but it's obvious that you play Lotto using the card deck as a random way to determine which pictures to cover on the boards.
The card game included does have its rule sheet, so it's games can also be played with this set.
