Liar's Cry

User summary
A Japanese small press card game. In its base, a bluffing trick-taking game where certain suits have some special effects.
All cards (except the first in each trick) are played face down, and instead of playing a card, the current player can try to call the bluff of the previous player, forcing him to reveal the played card; if it was of the wrong suit, that player gets penalty.

Cards and effects are based on the Japanese animated TV series "When they Cry…"
