"Library of Spell Tomes" is a collection of books containing the instructions for casting spells. When an adventurer stumbles upon a spell tome, they can spend time deciphering the book's contents to discover the spells inside. Once deciphered, the adventurer can attune to the book to temporarily add its contents to their spell list, regardless of class.
