Description

From publisher blurb:

This is a 30 x 48 inch Battlemap of an Abandoned Nuclear Reactor , it has Hex, Square and No Overlays, it also includes the VTT files for online play.

“I’ve got enough guns to arm all your henchmen. More importantly, I’ve got special ammo for dealing with heroes; armor piercing for those heavily armored supers, incendiary rounds and more to deal with elemental types, high explosive rounds to deal with those pesky amalgamation or regenerating heroes, and some gyrojet ordinance that spreads out to release a net to capture a sidekick or love interest when you need to lure a hero to their doom. So do we have a deal? ”—Arms Dealer

Loading Dock is a single level exterior map of a small U-shaped dock adjacent to a small warehouse and helipad. A railway extends from the small southwest warehouse to the end of the south side of the dock with a small crane above it to transfer goods from ships to railcars or railcars to ships. A larger crane is at the end of the north side of the dock.

Loading Dock is intended for use in modern, pulp, or superhero games.

Adventure hook for use with this map:

Bullets, Bills, and Blood: A supervillain and an arms dealer are meeting at the local docks for a secret arms deal. The supervillain has brought assets in the form of cash, precious metals, gems, or other valuables. The arms dealer has brought assault rifles with specialized ammunition magazines. The supervillain and arms dealer are both looking out for the double cross and have brought their henchmen and goons to the meeting. The supervillain and arms dealer have escape contingencies by sea via boat and by air via helicopter.

The group is playing as superheroes who find out about the meeting from local law enforcement who are hesitant to go up against the supervillain, a disgruntled henchman of the supervillain, etc. The superheroes must prevent the supervillain from getting those guns to arm their minions. The potential double cross means that the superheroes might be stepping into a crossfire and three-way fight!
