Welcome to the Canadian mountains, where pine trees scrape the pale blue sky and bears are snoozing in snowy burrows. You have inherited a quaint little log cabin with one empty room. Tenants are eager to stay in this remote and picturesq location but they require a little more than a hardwood floor. Time to get out your best lumberjack coat and trusty hammer - it's renovatin' time!
Players take turns drawing resource and event cards throughout winter and summer, then spend resources to add furniture, comforts and additional rooms to the log cabin to appease paying tenants. Each tenant has unique requests. Watch out for nasty termites and other disruptions and be sure to take advantage of any trade opportunities with other players. The first player to 12 coins wins.
