Description
The London Murder Mystery game has unique gameplay in that the evidence necessary to solve the crime is buried in 'dossiers'. Each player receives a dossier. A police inspector's report is also included with variable evidence. This is probably the game's most notable mechanic - unlike most of this genre and vintage, this game has strong replayability.
Certainly dated, a flexible vinyl phonograph record sets the scene. Once the evidence has been presented, players make an accusation, based on establishing motive and opportunity. A red plastic 'magnifying glass' is used to check the answer based on the evidence.
