Blood On The Pavement is the second installment in the Lone Star "Blood in the Streets" Campaign setting. This book introduces new system for exciting police chases and Matrix gear for the officers and dives deeper into the mystery new street drug called "RotShot" or "Black Diamond".
Each of the "Blood in the Streets" story books will continue the storyline until you and your players finally get to the bottom of what is making the streets run RED. It's a living campaign that you can your players can learn about together.
