Long Night at Blackthorn

from the Synopsis:

Blackthorn Inn is on the edge of the middle of nowhere. It’s not on a regular trading route (though it was once, a generation ago, but that trade died away due to the increasing lawlessness of the area) and it does little business.

The player characters are driven to the inn during a journey of theirs by a ferocious, unnatural storm. Black skies, stinging rain, booming thunder, all the special effects budget will allow.

Other people at the Blackthorn Inn that night have reasons of their own for being there, and spending the night among them might well make the night one that our heroic travellers will remember for a very long time indeed... assuming they live to tell the tale.
