Beyond the planes of existence lies Elysium, a mythical land of supposed beauty and the supposed final resting place of righteous mortal souls. The divinities, that call this place home, are powerful entities that are mostly occupied waging an eternal war with the forces of Underworld, the supposed final resting place of the morally corrupt. In truth, neither side is of this great war is fully righteous or fully corrupt. The origin of the war started with a disagreement between two great divinities. The majority of the divinites are too caught up in their eternal struggle to concern themselves with the affairs of the mortal realms. But this does not keep mortals from calling out to the numerous divinities of Elysium, or individuals from becoming scions of these near omnipotent beings.
