Conceived during Ludum Dare late 2017, Lore Finder hit Kickstarter in November 2018, and raised nearly twice the goal amount, and hitting the stretch goals for a simultaneous release on Windows, Mac, and Linux, and girlfriend mode. In girlfriend mode players play as K.C.'s girlfriend Pamela, and traverse the game again with a new character, new powers, and an all-new story tethered by the queer romance between Pamela and K.C.
