From the introduction:
The Vale is secure; the threat to Dumadan is over. Or is it? Many Orcs and Derro escaped their defeat in these regions and their lust for revenge and power is not quenched. A temple of Dispater has been rumored to exist in the Cairn Hills and signs point to his interest in these affairs. Can you find and destroy the temple before the forces regroup?
This is a one-round adventure for [character levels] 6 - 12 and forms the conclusion to the Deep Affairs and Vale Invasion plot lines.
