There are many brownstone buildings in the shadows of the skyscrapers of Neotropolis, but one is very different from the rest. The front of the building has a hanging sign that depicts a moon with an eye with the stylized words “Madame Monica’s”. A single metal door leads into the building. The entrance room is covered in silks and other fabrics draped everywhere is the room. There are pictures and symbols from gypsy culture decorating the walls and ceiling of the room.
