Magic Item Anthology Volume XXVIII

This is the twenty-eighth installment of Magic Items Anthology. I would love your feedback or even ideas for future items. As the DM of my group I have sprinkled some of these artifacts and weapons into our campaigns. I have also used potions from my Epic Potions series in our games. Both have added another layer of fun to our adventures. My players love them. Alternately I have based whole one shots on some of the Legendary items. I hope these magic items add to the fun of your games.
