Magnificent Fighting Spirit! is a card game recreating the classic shonen plot of being the best at the thing. What sort of thing doesn’t matter at all; it could be fighting, piloting

giant robots, racing cars, playing card games, or arranging flowers. All that matter is the strength of your determination to be the best at the thing! The first thing the group should do is agree on what thing they are trying to be the best at. After they have chosen this arbitrary life goal, they make their character. A character needs a name, a tragic backstory no longer than one sentence, and a full suit from a set of cards. If you have more than four players, you’ll need to break out another deck of cards.
