Description

Magyar Dáma ("Hungarian Checkers") is played on a modular board built from 19 hexagonal tiles, with each player having nine game pieces. The object of the game is to capture all of the opponent's pieces or force the opponent in a situation where he has no more available moves. Each turn, a player has one or two actions:

First, he must move with one of his pieces or stack of pieces. If a piece jumps over an opponent's piece that piece is captured and stacked beneath the jumping figure, forming a stack.

Optionally he can move one of the board's hexagonal tiles, thus rearranging the game board.
